Sherdil Hall

LAHORE The Federal government has named DMG Training Centre of Civil Services Academy (DMG Campus) after late Athar-uz-Zaman Khan Sherdil (AZK Sherdil), senior member of civil services of Pakistan, in recognition of his services. Similarly, an alumni resource centre will be set up a cost of Rs 10 million for DMG officers in Lahore. It may be mentioned that AZK Sherdil was very competent, patriotic and sincere member of the Civil Services of Pakistan who won the hearts of the people by serving with devotion and dedication in former East Pakistan and after that in Pakistan particularly Punjab. Late AZK Sherdil as Chief Secretary rendered invaluable services for the development of the Punjab province and in recognition of it, DMG training hall has been named after him. Late AZK Sherdil was a very popular personality among his colleagues and subordinates due to his hard work and sincere approach.
